This Spring fashion designer Zac Posen unveils his first residential project with 16W21, a boutique development in the beaux arts Ladies Mile district of New York City.
Once again, my love of interiors and collaboration has been satiated through the working with the Zac Posen team, the media, creative agency Imagination – who was charged with developing a brilliant advertising campaign (to come), and real estate development firm Gruppo C’E. The physical structure and magnificent façade are the work of superstar architect Morris Adjmi who is responsible for a few little projects like The Prudential Center Sports Arena, The Publicis and Scholastic Inc. headquarters in New York, the ABC headquarters in Burbank, California and a host of other luxury residential and commercial properties in cities around the globe. The combination of Morris’ technical prowess with Zac’s razor sharp fashion sense is seeming like a marriage made in real estate heaven. This project has been quite an exciting adventure to date, as I complete the communications and launch event strategy with this amazing team.
Opening to the public for sales mid-March, here’s a taste of what’s to come from the press…
